Job Description MERCY HOSPITAL Oklahoma City Department: Out Patient Diagnostic (Endoscopy)
Status: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)
Shift: Days (8:00am- 6:30pm)
Incentives: Shift differential $3.25 evenings/$4.00 nights/$4.00 weekends Health/Dental/Vision available day one 401k with employer match Referral Bonus Opportunity Tuition Reimbursement PTO Frontload Overview: Outpatient Diagnostics is a hospital-based endoscopy unit serving both inpatient and outpatient adults. We perform endoscopy procedures such as colonoscopy, endoscopic retrograde cholangioscopy, cystoscopy, bronchoscopy, and other minor procedures. Our hours of operation are ******** . Our registered nurses work 4-10 hour shifts with rotational call requirements for weekends and holidays.
Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience in Endoscopy . 
Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
Certifications : Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
