Patient Flow: Manage patient throughput and discharges. Order Accuracy: Coach on order validation. Unit Management: Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care. Resource Stewardship: Manage equipment and supplies. Staffing: Assess staffing needs and contribute to resourcing. Education on Operations: Educate on industry operations. Safety Practices: Integrate patient safety practices. Accountability: Demonstrate accountability for quality improvement. Communication: Effectively communicate patient information. Legal Compliance: Comply with healthcare laws. Policy Adherence: Follow organizational clinical policies. Feedback: Provide feedback for improvement. Control Mechanisms: Work with monitoring mechanisms. Documentation Flow: Ensure proper information flow. Equipment Management: Inspect and troubleshoot medical equipment. Must Have's: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty BLS RN License in state of employment or compact Salary: BASED ON EXPERIENCE $27-$43
