Primary Function: -The primary function of the job position is to plan, develop, direct, evaluate, and coordinate the Nursing Assistant Training Program implemented by this facility in accordance with current federal and state guidelines.
-Development, implementation and evaluation of the nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
Responsibilities: - schedule class dates, interview and accept students
- communicates with the DON to facilitate enrollment
- attends meetings and seminars as required
- performs other duties as required
