Responsibilities
• Overseeing daily office and clinical operations• Coordinating daily workload and 24-hour services• Assisting with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees• Acting as a resource for field staff• Investigating and resolving reported incidents• Conducting performance evaluations• Developing performance improvement plans• Educating employees on infection control• Visiting patients as needed• Managing branch's annual budget
Requirements
• Oklahoma RN license• 2+ years of nursing experience• 1 year of home health experience• CPR certification within 60 days of hire• Knowledge about Medicare guidelines for home health agencies• Valid Oklahoma driver's license and vehicle insurance• Basic computer skills• Excellent coaching, mentoring, interpersonal, and communication skills
