Rn-Clinic Highlands

Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with physician office and hospital policies and procedures. Provides patient care from the perspective of process, structure and outcomes. Serves as a role model in nursing practice by providing direct care to selected patients. Identifies and meets immediate and long-range nursing care needs of patients and their families. Serves as a consultant or resource person to team members, the patient and the patient's family in assessing strategies to maximize adaptation to illness and promote wellness. Minimum Education
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred Minimum Work Experience
• 1year of Experience in a clinic setting preferred Required Licenses/Certifications
•Current license by the KY State board of Nursing
• BLS
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
• Successful Completion of an accredited school of nursing, current license by the KY State board of Nursing, currently certified in BLS.
• Completion of all Mandatory Competencies
• Comply with OSHA regulations for the N95 respirator training and fit testing.
