Job Title: RN Case ManagerJob Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Case Manager in our assisted living facility. The RN Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the care of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
