Acute Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time MLee Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina to play a critical role in delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.Registered Nurse Details:Multiple Shifts Available (Day / Night) Full TimeNursing Modalities Available: Labor and Delivery Step Down Med Surg Pediatrics ER / ED Observation Unit Key Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established policies and protocols. Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Advocate for patients' rights and ensure that ethical and legal standards of care are maintained. Act as a liaison between patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing emotional support. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices. Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families.. Registered Nurse Job Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current South Carolina RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on specialty and employer preferences. Clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but may vary based on the specific role.
