Who We're Looking For: We are looking for an RF Technician III for our Henderson, NV location who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below. Key Responsibilities: Ability to climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment. Assist project Supervisor with site planning, daily activities and closeout documentation. Understand construction drawings, RF plumbing diagram and project documents. Ability to identify the tools and materials to properly perform the scope of work within spec. Knowledge of the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction materials and working near energized lines and equipment. Maintain 100% Tie-Off for all crewmembers. Troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues. Maintain professional attitude when working with Supervisor, CMs, and PMs. Overnight Travel as needed. Qualifications: Must have 3+ Years of experience climbing and working on Towers. Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail. OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, RF Awareness, and Climb/Rescue certified. Capable of Line Sweep, PIM, and Fiber testing - certs a plus. Able to climb towers, squat, bend, and lift 50 lbs. Current valid Driver's License Mandatory - CDL is a Plus. Ability to be covered by company auto Insurance. Knowledge of carrier technologies. Must be minimum 21 years of age. Pass a pre-employment drug (marijuana included)/background screen. Local to market or willing to relocate.
