What is your mission? The FP&A Revenue Lead will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis function, focusing on expense management for our high-growth subscription software business. This individual will be responsible for driving insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting on revenue, providing key stakeholders with actionable insights to support decision-making and financial strategy.
What is your responsibilities? Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities for Americas business segment and support global functions Own all aspects of revenue reporting, forecasts and variance analysis for Americas business segment. Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators and business objectives. Identify trends, patterns, opportunities and drivers of performance. Partner with sales, sales operations and delivery teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and timely delivery of projects. Support monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reporting Partner with controllership to ensure proper revenue recognition and alignment of processes and controls

Vienna REQUIREMENTS What are the requirements?5 years in financial planning and analysis in a high-growth subscription software or technology-driven environment in revenue and top line side - Must Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Proven track record in developing and tracking KPIs, demonstrating the ability to enhance financial performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with financial planning software is a plus. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
