We are currently seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to assist individuals utilizing Empower as their retirement provider through their employer. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping clients build a secure retirement and plan their financial future. With strategic thinking and impactful communication skills, you'll contribute to achieving business objectives while delivering exceptional service.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah or nearby areas.
Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strategic relationships with site contacts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct virtual meetings and webinars with participants, covering topics such as employer-sponsored retirement plans and retirement readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client value.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by providing valuable feedback to relevant departments based on client interactions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services or retirement planning.
- Ability to meet service level agreements and achieve business results.
- Proficiency in mutual funds/separate accounts and understanding of risk/reward trade-offs.
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Deferred Compensation and Defined Contribution Plans.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience in consultative, needs-based retirement planning.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Salary Range:
$54,500.00 - $76,925.00
