Job summary
Under direct supervision, perform clerical, administrative, and retirement support duties.Provide administrative support to the work unit and greet members and retirees in person and by phone.Process mail, maintain forms, monitor office supplies, and maintain retirement application log.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the work unit.• Greet members and retirees in person and by telephone.• Process incoming and outgoing mail.• Maintain forms and program packets.• Monitor office supplies and complete requisition requests.• Maintain log of retirement applications and receive faxes.• Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Graduation from high school or equivalent education.• Two years of clerical and administrative support experience.• Experience in maintaining records and files.• Experience in preparing materials using a personal computer or word processor.• Experience in assisting customers in completing forms and applications.• Experience in performing secretarial duties in support of professional staff.
