Retail Supervisor

Retail Supervisor Pincanna is a vertically integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, retail locations in Kalkaska, East Lansing, Kalamazoo, Pinconning, and planned retail locations throughout Michigan.
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong leadership skills, who can support and supervise a team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide direction and feedback to employees during shifts
- Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are staying on task
- Adjust the schedule to last-minute absences
- Supporting with team training and coaching
- Assist in attendance tracking, discipline as needed.
- Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
- Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits, follow steps needed for accounting
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed
- Ensure all state compliance rules and regulations are being followed
- Address customer and employee complaints
- Assist in resolving conflicts between employees
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment and company culture
- Commitment to growth as a company and as an employee
- Ensure all opening/closing duties are completed
- Ability to perform all duties of fulfillment/cashier/budtender/delivery to assist as needed

Qualifications and Requirements: - Commitment to excellent customer service
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role
- Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations
- Working well within a team and leading the team
- Strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
