Job summary
Responsible for overall retail operations including recruitment, team development, profitably, managing expenses, accounts receivable, developing new business, store inventory and merchandising.Promote and support the Red Wing brand image through professional selling, building loyalty and long-lasting customer relationships.Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals while maintaining store presentation standards.

Responsibilities
• Manage inter-store transfers, payment collections, and follow up• Analyze monthly financial statements and adjust operating expenses• Uphold merchandising and brand standards• Manage inventory levels and accuracy• Guide customers through the Ultimate Fit Experience• Generate Industrial Sales Leads• Maintain sales floor presentation and housekeeping standards• Maintain product knowledge and technical standards• Create safe and healthy work environment• Recruit, develop, and train store associates• Support Region Operations Manager in daily operations
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience• 2 years managerial experience• Results oriented• Effective written/verbal communication• Knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office programs
