Responsibilities
• Lead the entire team in meeting and exceeding sales plan.• Drive high unit velocity and provide an amazing customer experience.• Coach and mentor the team in multiple retail skill-sets.• Ensure the store is a showpiece for our customers with impeccable merchandising, on-point signage & pricing, and beautiful visual presentation.• Serve as a true brand ambassador for Skechers, showing off the product and educating customers about our shoes, accessories, and apparel.• Passionately lead outstanding people processes, team development, and ensure an amazing applicant and employee experience.• Act like an owner, leading strong operational processes and routines to drive profitability and results.• Insist on a clean, pretty store and a well-trained team that follows best practices and policies & procedures.• Utilize time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines, stay efficient, and manage operational priorities.• Have fun and share excitement with team members every day.
Requirements
