Engage with donors, customers, and fellow team members with a positive can-do attitude Promptly greeting and unloading donor vehicles, showing care with donations received Practice safe behaviors at all times including maintaining clear access to emergency exits & equipment Sort, price, stage, and recycle donations using guidelines provided Keep donation areas neat, clean, and organized Assist truck drivers & helpers with loading/unloading stock into company vehicles Assist team members in other areas of the store as needed to meet store production goals (think BONUS!) What Do We Need (Requirements):
Must be at least 16 years old Must be able to work without close supervision Must be honest and dependable Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance Must be able to safely handle heavy objects (25 lbs frequently and continuous … 50+ lbs occasional) Must be able to handle a very physical job … Continuous walking, standing, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, stooping, and handling is required Work rotating weekends A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required About Goodwill:
