Responsibilities
• Engage as a member of a high-performing team• Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales• Encourage and participate in team selling• Assist with visually merchandising and store set up• Handle cash register and conduct merchandise stock counts• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations when assigned as manager on duty
Requirements
• Customer service-focused• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs• Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.• Ability to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors• Ability to work between multiple store or site locations and brands
