Responsibilities
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude and be open to feedback• Maintain a branded store experience through visual execution, standards, and recovery• Develop, support, and retain a high-performance customer team through coaching, training, and recognition• Ensure a WOW customer experience through visual execution and customer engagement• Create a culture of recognition and accountability for exceptional customer experiences and sales & KPI results• Analyze business trends and problem solve opportunities• Execute omni-channel and customer loyalty initiatives• Manage team member attendance and labor scheduling• Execute visual merchandising in store• Resolve employee issues and concerns• Manage inventory management and data integrity• Execute operational activities and maintain a safe work environment• Coach and role model selling behaviors that support the WOW Experience• Conduct Quality Reviews (QR's) and new hire training• Prepare and conduct team meetings• Open and close the store and lead the sales floor in absence of Store Manager
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required• Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience• Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced specialty retail preferred• Leadership skills including customer experience behaviors, urgency, attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, and validation• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends• Effective interpersonal communication skills• Openness to feedback and adaptability to changing priorities
