Responsibilities
• Greet customers and encourage them to learn about the company's products and services• Engage customers in conversations about their home service needs• Explain features and benefits of products and services• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants• Build rapport with store's leadership team• Attend meetings and trainings• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Requirements
• Prior experience in retail is desired• Must be able to stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours at a time• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Must have reliable transportation• Must be able to use a smartphone for email and text• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required
