Responsibilities
• Welcome and communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone• Manage customer flow and provide exceptional service• Prepare fitting rooms for customer appointments• Build relationships and understand customer expectations• Assist customers in finding the perfect dress• Schedule future appointments and promote alterations services• Take proper measurements for ordering dresses• Maintain store standards and high dress code standards• Offer loyalty and partner programs• Respond to customer questions and provide product information• Maintain sales productivity and accuracy in transactions• Achieve sales goals and add-on targets• Execute new processes, behaviors, and programs• Support store team and follow procedures• Focus on personal development and learning• Lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years prior retail experience preferred• Experience with computerized POS system preferred
