Responsibilities
• Develop rapport and recommend financial solutions to customers• Perform open/close procedures and maintain sales floor• Conduct sales and loan transactions and handle cash• Effectively communicate legal aspects of transactions• Create positive customer experiences and complete training• Assist with duties assigned and maintain cleanliness
Requirements
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds• Ability to work with firearms and become certified• Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent• Desire to work with people, multitask, and perform basic math calculations• Cash handling experience preferred and bilingual applicants encouraged• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays• Computer literate and able to operate POS system
