Seeking a full-time Retail Merchandiser for our Metro Detroit, MI territoryResponsible for ensuring the success of sales, volume, and brand presence in off-premise accountsEmphasis on increasing availability and visibility of products through customer relations and proper merchandising

Responsibilities
• Maintain store shelf standards and inventory• Sell-in and build brand displays• Execute point of sale programs• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers• Utilize online database and systems to track progress• Maintain open communication with field and HQ• Manage budget and maintain records• Bend, squat, crouch, reach, climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point of sale• Lift and move cases of product frequently, up to 50 lbs
Requirements
• Must be 21 years or older• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel• Must have valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle with clean record• Available to work Monday-Friday during normal business hours• Flexibility to work weekends and key industry holidays• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Must be able to lift and move cases of product frequently, up to 50 lbs
