Responsibilities
• Engaging and interacting with all customers• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment• Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals• Processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor• Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed• Promoting credit and loyalty programs during customer interactions• Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change• Supporting and participating in safety awareness• Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures• Providing and accepting ongoing recognition and feedback
