Responsibilities
• Engaging and interacting with all customers• Adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Supporting the needs of the business by working in multiple areas of the store• Role modeling established customer experience practices• Accurately processing customer purchases/returns• Promoting credit and loyalty programs• Upholding merchandising philosophy and procedures• Preparing merchandise for sales floor• Participating in store recovery• Maintaining store cleanliness and organizational standards• Providing and accepting ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhering to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Participating in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness• Performing assigned duties
