Responsibilities
• Develop and execute omnichannel marketing efforts• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ecommerce space and industry trends• Oversee communication initiatives for ecommerce objectives with consistent messaging and branding• Understand account-specific SEO best practices and pricing policies• Execute ecommerce growth strategy and maintain social media engagement calendar• Gather and evaluate data for web analytics and customer analysis• Maintain and optimize The Marine Shop website• Collaborate with MCA Strategic Communications for digital content development• Ensure impact and return while maintaining consistency with MCA's Communication Strategy• Multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
Requirements
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred• Graphic Design, eCommerce, social media, and website management/marketing experience• Computer skills (Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Workspace & Analytics, basic HTML)• Interpersonal skills/attributes: multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail
