TITLE: Retail Marketing Manager (Monitors)

WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading marketing programs across retailers for Monitors. Your core responsibilities will include on-time product launches, managing a retail marketing calendar and executing marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities:

Prepares, executes and tracks product launches across retailers for on-time launches.
Develop creative assets along with cross functional teams for marketing campaigns across key retailers.
Maintains a retailer marketing calendar along with various stake holders.
Responsible for distribution of communications guides, specification sheets and other materials to be shared internally and externally.
Manages internal stakeholders and agency timelines along with the deliverables scheduled.
Effective management of projects.
Creative insights and feedback that lead to effective campaigns.
Co-Develops the in-store shopper experience plan in conjunction with the cross functional team.
Develops POP and graphics materials for retail displays and oversee production/distribution.
Develops and or localizes online branded experience content for cross retailer use.

Required Experience and Education:

7-8 years of marketing experience with retailers.
Bachelor's Degree
Retail Marketing experience.

Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
Process driven.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple project priorities and drive flawless execution in a quickly changing environment.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
