• Drive customers into the store• Contribute to overall sales objectives• Report on customer ticket counts monthly• Manage outreach, partnerships, events, and marketing efforts• Lead marketing communication via newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms• Collaborate with the local team and the Fleet Feet Store Support team• Work the sales floor a minimum of 15 hours per week• Manage time and projects efficiently• Balance marketing and sales floor responsibilities optimally• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
• Some prior marketing or outreach experience• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Self-motivated and detail-oriented• Professional and timely in internal and external communication
