Oversee store opening and closing schedule Open and close daily register Maintain working knowledge of all products, ingredients, and origin Schedule adequate retail staffing Oversee store front cleaning schedule Manage product stock and display Ensure shopping experience meets company standard Back up retail staff as needed Shipping
Process online, wholesale, and phone orders for shipping or pick up Communicate order status with sales team Collaborate with sales team in fulfilling corporate and custom orders Invoice wholesale and corporate orders Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to orders Issue tracing on packages and refunds when necessary Manage shipping supplies inventory and relay inventory to manager Monitor and answer vendor, retailer, and customer emails Answer incoming phone calls and accept phone orders Manage large customer orders for wedding and event favors, and bulk orders
