Job summary
The Retail Lead Food Service Worker is responsible for merchandizing, stocking, barista duties, and customer service in a retail operation.In addition, they will handle food production, on-the-job training, and quality control in a front of the house environment.They will also assist with data entry, order placement, and handling staff shortages and equipment.

Responsibilities
• Act as a working team leader in a retail operation• Merchandize, stock, and provide barista duties• Provide excellent customer service• Handle food production and quality control• Assist with on-the-job training and mentoring of staff• Troubleshoot and problem-solve in a timely manner• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution• Perform data entry and use Outlook for email and scheduling• Place orders online and by phone• Manage staff shortages and equipment
