Responsibilities
• Ensures an excellent customer experience• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty for efficient goods flow• Monitors and measures team productivity and provides coaching• Organizes and rotates back stock for replenishment• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for backroom area• Ensures compliance with recycling, hazardous waste programs• Communicates effectively with management and Associates• Promotes credit and loyalty programs, supports shrink reduction goals• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a risk-free environment
Requirements
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail• Capable of handling multiple tasks and adapting to changes• Team player with strong communication and training abilities• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation• One year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
