Responsibilities
• Role modeling exceptional customer service• Creating a positive internal and external customer experience• Promoting safety awareness• Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures• Organizing and rotating back stock for easy replenishment• Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards• Communicating effectively and accurately with management and Associates• Training and mentoring Associates on established merchandising and processing principals• Ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
Requirements
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail• Capability to handle multiple tasks at one time• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors• Strong communication skills• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation• One year retail and 6 months of leadership experience• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
