Details of the offer

1. Answer incoming phone calls
2. Answer all emails within an hour of receipt
3. Check voicemails and call back list from Sycle
4. Cleaning of hearing aids
5. Create patient files
a. make copies of driver's License and insurance cards
b. scan and upload insurance cards and verification into system
6. Verification of patient insurance benefits
7. Submitting various documents to internal departments and following up
weekly
8. Make daily outbound calls to current database of patients
9. Processing credit applications and communicating the results with Consultant
10.Insuring cleanliness of office at all times
11.Ordering of office supplies
12.Management of petty cash and reporting
13.Hearing aid management:
a. Monthly inventory reporting
b. Handling returns
c. Check ins
d. Exchanges
e. Returns
14.Management of the schedule - scheduling of appointments and confirming
appointments day before
15.Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
