Responsibilities
• Lead the team in meeting and exceeding sales plan• Drive high unit velocity through impeccably presented sales floor and outstanding customer service• Coach and mentor the team in multiple retail skill-sets• Ensure store is a showpiece through impeccable merchandising, signage, and pricing• Serve as a brand ambassador for Skechers, educating customers about products• Support Store Manager in leading outstanding people processes and team development• Assist Store Manager in leading strong operational processes and routines• Minimize shrink and drive profitability• Ensure a clean, pretty store and follow best practices• Manage shipment and replenishment
Requirements
• Sales-driven with ability to contribute to sales plan• Solid talent assessment and development skills• Expert at stock function and managing shipment and replenishment• Flexibility and ability to thrive in times of change• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Excellent time management and resource utilization• Previous retail/restaurant leadership experience• Ability to have fun and share excitement with team
