Balance workload with approximately 60% field work and 40% office work. Manage purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for necessary materials and supplies. Conduct preproduction work, including site assessments, cost estimates, and project planning. Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and subcontractors. Maintain a customer-centered approach, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project status and updates.
