Responsibilities
• Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training• Review, maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materials• Observe, maintain and update systems when needed and communicate observations with management and partners• Attend management meetings and informational seminars• Achieve and maintain level of excellence in all functions outlined in hourly team job descriptions• Maintain availability to work a variety of days and shifts• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools, utensils, equipment and software• Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively under pressure• Work in a confined, crowded space of variable light, noise and temperature levels
