Responsibilities
• Complete opening and closing duties• Set up physical aspect of station• Make Prep List of necessary food items• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards• Oversee and support preparation of required food items• Skillfully prepare and cook meals• Store and organize food items• Interface and communicate with management and co-workers• Interact with Guests - table visits, complaints, special requests• Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule
Requirements
• At least 21 years of age• 1-2 years' experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen lead• 2 years of relevant computer experience• High school graduate or equivalent• Formal culinary training preferred• Possess required food safety and sanitation certifications• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew

• Ability to communicate verbal and written information in English• Demonstrated expertise in cooking techniques• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and quality standards• Ability to analyze and participate in financial planning• Ability to work cohesively with a team• Successful motivator to a diverse team• Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule
