Responsibilities
• Lead the restaurant with a culture of food safety and cleanliness.• Recognize team members for their work each shift.• Delegate responsibilities and ensure team members exceed guest expectations.• Own open, mid, or close routines for the shift.• Provide excellent guest service and effective communication.• Meet physical requirements of the position.• Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
Requirements
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.• Customer service experience preferred.• Ability to deliver an exceptional experience for guests and team members.• Must be at least 18 years old.
