Responsibilities
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-centered environment• Oversee all operations under the store manager• Open and close the store as a key holder• Build made-to-order salads and other menu items• Provide great guest experiences with walk-up and drive-thru orders• Maintain an energetic and ready-to-work attitude• Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends• Have at least 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience• Obtain Food Handlers Certificate and certified non-slip shoes• Pass the Salad Test during training
