Position Summary: Respond to and interface directly with customers regarding their orders; generate customer orders.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Provide customer support with special requests and assist various departments in the Distribution Center as needed Utilize specialized software to validate store orders Actively analyze store orders and resolve any errors or omissions Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: High School diploma or GED Six (6) months experience with data entry Proven ability to work in a demanding customer service environment handling customer requests via phone and/or in person Exceptional problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor Willing to work any schedule, including weekends, due to our 24/7 environment This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Physical Demands and Work Environment:
