Responsibilities
• Maintain appearance, hospitality, and service in assigned areas.• Supervise and train staff.• Develop programs to increase revenues.• Ensure guest satisfaction.• Schedule and staff accordingly.• Hold team members accountable.• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.• Assist in food service during peak hours.• Manage inventory and cost controls.• Promote and manage Scorecard program.• Perform sales calls.• Attend staff meetings.
Requirements
• Good communication skills.• High school degree or equivalent.• Two years of front and back of house experience.• ServSafe and TIPS Certification.• Flexible work schedule.• Travel may be required to other locations.
