Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our upscale establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of success in the restaurant industry. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and supervisors, to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations to ensure sufficient supply levels and cost-effective purchasing practices Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues effectively Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, special promotions, and craft cocktail / beverage selections Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as sales reports, labor costs, and budget variances, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed Promote the restaurant via social media and traditional marketing Come up with creative ideas to attract new customers and bring back existing customers Qualifications: Several years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale or fine dining establishment Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, sanitation standards, and health regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business ServSafe certification and/or other relevant industry certifications are a plus Benefits: $75K-$85K base salary depending on experience plus performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401K + company match Paid time off and vacation benefits Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Employee discounts and perks If you are passionate about hospitality and have a proven track record of success in restaurant management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
