As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our bustling establishment. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a diverse team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding service and hospitality. Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Implementing strategies to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and drive profitability. Resolving guest concerns and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. Collaborating with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency. Qualifications: Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-paced casual dining environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and labor cost control. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
