Rosetta Hall is hiring a General Manager! This person oversees the day to day operations of our food hall, bar, night club and cafe. Our ideal candidate thrives in a busy, multifaceted operation, is results driven and embodies a culture of genuine hospitality. Overview Works with the senior management team to drive sales and create return guests. Curates a world class experience through elevated, thoughtful hospitality. Upholds excellent product quality through training and by conducting daily inspections for quality, cleanliness & organization. Mentors all FOH management and line staff to uphold the highest possible standards of service. Spearheads interviewing & hiring for all FOH positions. Oversees HR processes including: payroll, onboarding, employee reviews, employee corrections, quarterly reviews, promotions & dismissals. Responsible for daily reporting, building maintenance, cash handling and overhead management. Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Superior verbal and written communications skills. Minimum 5 years in a hospitality leadership position. Ability to coordinate between multiple outlets and execute appropriate solutions. Proven ability for mentoring and retaining exceptional talent. Adept at working with multiple computer programs including POS & Payroll systems, google suite, Adobe suite and Excel or similar databases.  Why work with us?
