Job summary
The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and team management of the restaurant.Key responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, managing the budget, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude, are required for success in this role.

Responsibilities
• Establishing the tone of the work environment and level of customer hospitality.• Managing the entire restaurant operation and building a strong team.• Finding, hiring, and developing employees.• Conducting new hire orientation and creating training plans.• Scheduling and deploying the team effectively.• Addressing performance issues and resolving customer concerns.• Managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred.• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.• Basic personal computer literacy.• Strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position.• Must be at least 21 years old.• Must pass background check and drug test.• Must have reliable transportation.• Basic business math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills.• Able to perform physical tasks like sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning the parking lot.• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for the majority of the shift.
