Responsibilities
• Ensure highest standards of service in front and back of house• Lead and inspire the team• Mentor team members for their career growth• Accomplish administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor
Requirements
• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Restaurant General Manager• Experience in high volume establishments• Ability to increase sales and build community rapport• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees• Proficiency with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
