What we expect of you: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 3 - 5+ years of Restaurant Management Experience; ideally some in a Fast Casual or Casual Dining environment 2+ years of GM Experience Knowledge of restaurant software: scheduling, inventory, POS Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge and proficiency ServSafe Manager Certification (preferred) TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) Alcohol Certification (preferred) Foster a fun and purpose driven environment with focus the small details Passionate about guests and their experience Long-term growth minded; constantly seeking ways to improve and open to learning Desire to innovatively solve problems True coaching mentality with a high level of empathy Goal-oriented mindset to achieve key benchmarks identified by the Leadership team Ability to analyze and interpret key metrics to find areas of opportunity for improvement Love for the communities we serve and unique spaces we create Equal Opportunity Employer
