Responsibilities
• Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, planning, forecasting, and driving sales• Ensure compliance with company policies, federal/state/local laws, and safety regulations• Conduct performance appraisals, provide disciplinary action, and analyze metrics for improvement• Promote the restaurant locally, execute marketing programs, and resolve guest issues• Recruit, train, and retain management and team members• Maintain food quality standards and cleanliness of the restaurant• Support FOH operations and focus on improving service• Ensure proper training and supervision to uphold health and safety standards• Maintain inventory, minimize waste, and optimize profit• Set performance expectations, recognize leadership, and develop management staff
Requirements
• At least 21 years of age• Minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant leadership experience• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred• Managing/Reading P&L experience required• Serv Safe certified recommended• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays• Reliable transportation required
