General Manager Responsibilities: Managing upscale Restaurant operations. Managing Restaurant, Bar and Private Dining Wine service and sales focused. Work in all aspects of marketing and promotions. Ensuring excellent associate relations. Responsible for team development. General Manager Requirements: 3-5 Years in upscale dining as a general manager. Must have a great attitude, enthusiastic and hospitality oriented. Expertise in upscale dining service standards, wine knowledge/service, and premium beverages.
