• Perform routine HVAC-refrigeration, building repairs, mechanical and electrical troubleshoots, and plumbing tasks• Maintain equipment in good working order at all times• Adhere to routine schedule while handling interruptions• Take initiative to address routine issues• Execute excellent customer service skills
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• Preferably 3 years of restaurant kitchen equipment repair/maintenance experience• General maintenance, HVAC-refrigeration (level 2), electrical, plumbing, and welding skills/certification• Strong technical troubleshooting skills• Ability to travel and work in noisy, fast-paced environment• Pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background screenings, and have a clean driving record
