Responsibilities
• Lead a high performing team with the General Manager• Deliver world-class customer service and create an exceptional dining experience• Hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers• Identify and develop talent for promotions• Follow operational and inventory control procedures• Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and restaurant marketing• Lead with a culture of food safety and cleanliness• Ability to work 45 hours per week within operating hours• Physical requirements and driving may be needed
Requirements
• Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus• Conflict resolution skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills• Flexibility to work variable shifts throughout the week• Must be at least 18 years old• A valid driver's license is required
