Our work depends on a Resource/Staffing Management Analyst joining our team to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As a Resource/Staffing Management Analyst supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO for contract management execution support. This role is fully remote! HOW A RESOURCE/STAFFING MANAGEMENT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Coordinates all staffing-related actions and activities with POCs for pre-onboarding, security clearance packages and status tracking, PIV card issuance and status tracking, IHS account creations, VPN tokens, and GDIT equipment ordering. Serves as main POC for all staffing-related questions, sends out initial welcome email, coordinates program orientation meeting, and shows how to navigate GDIT applications. Oversees all activities between customer, recruiting, security, subcontracts, and human resources in onboarding and offboarding of personnel. Responsible for maintaining labor qualification data, organizational charts, and Staffing Plan-related documents and deliverables. Coordinates with line managers on new and existing positions and coordinates with back-office functions (e.g., HR, Recruiting). Tracks and reports on Government-mandated annual compliance training. Develops staffing reports and metrics as required. Sets up and maintains staffing tools, including SharePoint and Excel files. Oversees the Travel Authorization Request (TAR) process and assists with expense reports in Concur as requested WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools. Experience in resource management, staffing, and operations management. Led development activities to create customized SharePoint workflows to increase process automation. Developed or authored resource management practices and procedures to allow for adequate resource tracking and management Must be able to obtain a SSBI (T5) public trust clearance, which requires residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of relevant analyst experience. Experience supporting federal contract program manager. Experience in resource management, staffing, and operations management. Led development activities to create customized SharePoint workflows to increase process automation. Developed or authored resource management practices and procedures to allow for adequate resource tracking and management. Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities of competing importance. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal/external teams including key stakeholders and customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines, following detailed written policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions. Ability to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our program. The likely salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
